You may approximately expect a 90% plus kill/control ratio with general spider and insect control services. If you are dissatisfied with the results you may exercise your guarantee within the guarantee period to retreat your home/structure at no additional charge.
General pest control service comes with a 30 day guarantee on an initial service. An initial service is defined as the first service for a new customer or a past customer that has missed a full active season. Spring, summer, and fall are considered active seasons while the winter is considered inactive. The spring season is Mar. 1st through the end of May, the summer season is Jun 1st through the end of Aug., the fall season is Sept. 1st through the end of Nov., and the winter season is Dec. 1st through the last day of Feb. The service and guarantee covers the inside of the home and the immediate exterior of the structure. The guarantee is not applicable to landscape issues or areas, it is applicable to the structure only.
Once you have paid for your second seasonal service (meaning that you have received it consecutively to your initial service), your extended warranty activates. Clients that are interested in maintaining a pest free environment are encouraged to take service spring, summer, and fall. We do not contact our general pest control clients in the winter season and encourage clients to call us if they develop a problem during this time.
Because no contracts are involved we are very strict to observe the time frames of our guarantees. We will always honor our guarantees if they are in the time frame with no questions asked. The only questions we may ask will be related to resolving the problem. If the 30 day guarantee has passed, by even one day, the consecutive seasonal service charge will apply.
This schedule/guarantee program is not applicable to customers that are setup on weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly treatment/pricing plans. This program/guarantee is also not applicable to specialized pest problems such as bed bugs, flies (all species), german cockroaches, mosquitoes, rats, and termites.
